These food & wines pairings are delightful and fun. You will come away with some new wine trivia, learn about the particular wines features and sample the yummy food of the host restaurant. Dawn has been creating them in Cabo for over 10 years and has a passion for bringing good food & wine together. In the past these events have ranged to upwards of 60 people but given the current COVID restrictions, she anticipates in 2020/2021, they will be much smaller, due to capacity restraints imposed on the restaurants by the Mexican government for safety.
Typically these pairings are set up in an open air environment with 4 courses expertly paired with wines from Valle de Guadalupe. Since Cabo is located in Baja California Sur, Mexico. Dawn wanted to share & educate people on wines from Mexico. Start times are a prompt 6:30pm since the dishes and wines need to be timed. Due to the small nature and popularity of these events in the past, advance purchase of tickets is required.
Any allergy restrictions can be accommodated if communicated in advance at the time of booking. These pairings are created for you to explore wines you may not typically drink as well as to see how they change when paired with food.
